Plenary sessions are of 90 minutes duration and are called Panel Discussions and Sponsored Symposia. All are composed of 4 speakers (15 minutes each), one moderator (10 minutes), and one chairman (5 minutes). After these presentations, which last for 75 minutes, there are 15 minutes left for discussion in the form of questions from the floor addressed to the speakers. The chairmen of the sessions are responsible for conducting the discussions and the moderators are responsible for the scientific completeness of the answers and the protection of the session from biased views.
